Refunds
WBS does not issue refunds on course application processing fees (except as required by law). You remain liable for the course application processing fee even if you withdraw your course application because all applications are processed immediately when received. HOW THE OFFER SYSTEM WORKS
After the course selection panel have considered your application, they will determine whether you will be offered a place in the course. WBS will advise you via phone or email of the outcome of your application. If you are not offered a place in the first round of offers you will be added to a waitlist to be considered for subsequent offer rounds. WBS will again advise you of the offer made (if any) by phone or email.
All offers are provisional
Any offer you receive is subject to you:
- having provided full and correct information on your application, and
- paying the course fees in full by 15 June 2016 or the first payment of $400 by 15 June 2016
Otherwise, your offer may lapse or be withdrawn.
Offer rounds
Offers are released to applicants at different times (referred to as ‘offer rounds’).
To be considered for early offers, you must:
apply by 11.59pm 15 May 2016,
pay your course application processing fee by the payment date listed for early offers
International offer round
To be considered for early offers for international fee places, you must:
be an international student,
apply before applications close to hello@thewomensbusinessschool.com and
pay your course application processing fee by the payment date for international offers
If you receive an offer, you must pay the $400 first payment or your full course fees by the date on your offer letter. If payment has not been received by this date your place may be withdrawn and given to another applicant in the second round of offers.
Getting your offers
You will be notified of your offer by email. You will need to accept your offer by making payment of $400 first payment or your full course fees of $2300.00 by the date issued on your offer email.
Accepting an offer/enrollment
Receiving an offer does not confirm your enrollment in the course. To secure your place, you must follow the enrollment instructions in your offer message. You will need to accept your offer by making payment of $400 first payment or your full course fees of $2400.00 by the date issued on your offer email.

a New Zealand citizen
a temporary resident or someone planning to obtain a student visa
