of arriving in Australia in 2010.
Looking back, she knows it was preposterous. Dr Tanya didn’t know anything about owning a business let alone the Australian legal system, taxes, how to trademark or even how to operate the day-to-day operations of a medical practice.
Self-aware of her limitations, limited understanding of Australian life she enrolled herself into self-directed learning on top of working full time. Dr Tanya is the first to admit she made mistakes along the way, often she thought of giving up when times were challenging. Yet, it was her perseverance, strong determination and drive to improve health & wellbeing in local communities that encouraged her to keep going.
As Amtan Medical continued to grow in leaps and bounds so too did their little family with the arrival of her two little sons. As Dr Tanya’s responsibilities continued to grow, she tried to remain grounded. “If I had to take the children to work for some unknown reason, I did, if I needed time off for children’s appointments, I took it”.

FRANCES PRATT, METISAN

Selling in today’s world has changed, for the better. Great selling and sales teams are created around the understanding of and service to your customers. They are there to represent the culture and brand of the business and take clients on a journey to making great buying decisions to solve their problems and meet their needs.
The problem is that many business and sales leaders are used to ill-fitting sales teams with volatile performance and high turnover. This doesn’t have to be normal … and it’s where I come in.
The clients I work with are businesses who want sales people and a sales team that perform, that fit their business and their customers. They want to stop the sales people rollercoaster, and have a sales team they are proud to have successfully and consistently grow their business.
My expertise is in:
✓ Re-engineering sales processes built around client experience for maximum results
✓ Defining the metrics to drive the right behaviour and outcomes
✓ Finding and retaining sales people that fit your culture and improve your business
