Dr Tanya commenced her medical career in Australia operating initially as a contractor on the Gold Coast. It wasn’t long before her inner drive for change in health & wellbeing led her to open her very own medical centre within three months
of arriving in Australia in 2010.
Looking back, she knows it was preposterous. Dr Tanya didn’t know anything about owning a business let alone the Australian legal system, taxes, how to trademark or even how to operate the day-to-day operations of a medical practice.
Self-aware of her limitations, limited understanding of Australian life she enrolled herself into self-directed learning on top of working full time. Dr Tanya is the first to admit she made mistakes along the way, often she thought of giving up when times were challenging. Yet, it was her perseverance, strong determination and drive to improve health & wellbeing in local communities that encouraged her to keep going.
As Amtan Medical continued to grow in leaps and bounds so too did their little family with the arrival of her two little sons. As Dr Tanya’s responsibilities continued to grow, she tried to remain grounded. “If I had to take the children to work for some unknown reason, I did, if I needed time off for children’s appointments, I took it”.
Balancing family life, careers and businesses is tricky and often emotionally exhausted, but Dr Tanya wouldn’t have it any other way.

Selling in today’s world has changed, for the better. Great selling and sales teams are created around the understanding of and service to your customers. They are there to represent the culture and brand of the business and take clients on a journey to making great buying decisions to solve their problems and meet their needs.
The problem is that many business and sales leaders are used to ill-fitting sales teams with volatile performance and high turnover. This doesn’t have to be normal … and it’s where I come in.
The clients I work with are businesses who want sales people and a sales team that perform, that fit their business and their customers. They want to stop the sales people rollercoaster, and have a sales team they are proud to have successfully and consistently grow their business.
My expertise is in:
✓ Re-engineering sales processes built around client experience for maximum results
✓ Defining the metrics to drive the right behaviour and outcomes
✓ Finding and retaining sales people that fit your culture and improve your business

There is no point to doing paid advertising unless it is clear that a business is sustainable without a marketing and advertising spend. This is where I see the most valuable asset a business can have is a great Accountant. As a result, I have a passion for working with and supporting Accounting Professionals to have great digital marketing implemented and then amplified through paid marketing spend.

Quite simply you shouldn’t be anywhere unless it is giving you a direct benefit. I focus on making the most of organic and free resources before doing paid advertising to maximise their business goals, enabling them to improve their ROI on paid advertising.

With 15 years experience in Digital Marketing and more than 20 years experience in a range of industries and professions including Tourism, Events, Retail, Finance, Fashion, Complementary Pharmaceuticals, Skin Care, Weightloss, Advertising and Technology, I’m effectively able to apply my skills and experience to help businesses achieve an online presence with impact.

Digital Tools (including Websites, Social Media, Email Marketing, Apps) are only as good as your knowledge in how to use them. I work with clients to effectively define and use Digital Tools effectively to achieve their business goals to ensure their digital presence works as hard as they do for their business success.
